Senior Research Project Manager
Nationally recognized golf marketing research firm providing research and consulting services to golf B2C and B2B companies is looking for a strong, hands-on research professional to join its team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of survey research projects including sampling design, survey development, field work, analysis and report generation
- Manage a variety of other types of golf market research projects as skills and experience allow – qualitative studies, syndicated research products, Voice of Customer interviews, data mining projects, data modeling, geo-demographic targeting, etc.
- Coordinate with other team members (sales, programming and data processing) to ensure client needs are understood and addressed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field, or equivalent in work experience
- Minimum of 5+ years market research experience
- Adept at translating survey data into compelling client presentations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with staff and clients
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills with good marketing instincts
- Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines with aplomb
- Computer skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access); statistical analysis software (SPSS preferred)
- Passion for golf and interest in marrying vocation to avocation

Staff Accountant
We are currently performing a search for a full time Staff Accountant with a non-profit organization in Jupiter, supporting the golf industry.
Responsibilities:
- Daily cash balancing
- Bi-weekly A/P processing
- Participate in the month-end close process under the direction of the CFO
- Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet general ledger accounts
- Prepare various bank reconciliations
- Prepare supporting documentation for financial statements
- Perform special projects as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 3-5 years general accounting experience, 1-2 year of financial statement preparation
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access and PC base accounting systems required (Great Plains Dynamics preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with staff and clients
- Flexibility, attention to detail, accuracy and a strong work ethic a must
- Position requires excellent analytical and communication skills

Database Associate
National Golf Foundation, located in Jupiter, is searching for a Part-time Database Associate to work 15 - 20 hours per week. The position requires initiative, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Duties include extensive outbound calling to members and non-members, gathering information and accurate entry into the database. Proficiency in Word and Excel is required. Experience with Access or iMIS a plus. Interest in the golf industry a plus. Compensation is $ 10.00 to $13.00 per hour.
