People of Color Participation – 10-Year Trend
The total number of Asian, Black and Hispanic on-course golfers increased by 27% from 2019 through 2023, rising above 6 million for the first time. Meanwhile, the number of People of Color playing off-course forms of the game jumped by 111% over that same span, helping push total golf participation levels among this segment above 14 million (including 8 million who play exclusively grassless golf).
