This job means working for everyone in the business of golf.

It's a big task.

It requires a passion for the industry, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work as a team focused on a single mission.

That mission is to foster the growth and vitality of the game and business of golf.  We do that by assembling the industry’s leading minds to create a smarter, more-energized golf industry through data and  research, and taking action armed with knowledge. Our professionals have built their careers upon establishing the trust, respect and reputation that other golf industry professionals rely on to advance their own careers. We don’t take that responsibility lightly.

Grow your career & the game of golf.

The NGF is always looking to grow through the addition of talented professionals capable of working in a fast-paced environment to support golf businesses of all shapes and sizes. The organization provides competitive benefits, some added perks (if sunny Jupiter, Florida, country-club casual dress code, and a company-wide golf league meets your standards for “perks”) and individually tailored-career growth plans.
