GolfSAT – Explained
NGF’s GolfSAT platform is a golfer satisfaction survey that enables participating courses to compare satisfaction measures against benchmarks of similarly-priced properties nationwide.
Used by more than 1,000 U.S. golf facilities since its inception, GolfSAT provides operators with feedback on the overall customer golf experience, from course conditioning, pricing, pace of play, service and more, to the likelihood that golfers will recommend that course to others.
GolfSAT allows golf course operators to evaluate ongoing satisfaction at their facility, enables management companies to compare results across a portfolio of courses, and helps marketing directors create programs, services and promotions based on the results.
Participating courses can control how long a survey runs, implement changes as feedback comes in, and even include custom questions.
Access to the GolfSAT survey program costs $395 per facility for a full year and operators can run a many surveys as they wish annually. Management companies with multiple courses receive special pricing based on the number of facilities they operate.
