Monika “Moe” Baldwin

I was fortunate to learn the skills of building relationships and keeping the customer’s “happy” at an early age by working in my family’s ski/sporting goods business in Oneonta, New York (next to Cooperstown, NY). This early customer service experience made me realize how much I enjoy client personal interaction and exceeding expectations. While my post college career began as a Disney intern and carried into a 10-year tour in various areas of the Orlando resort, I eventually migrated into golf and hospitality. My recent experiences have included working at Grand Cypress Golf Club, Parsons Xtreme Golf (PXG), and recently PGA of America. In addition, I am also a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) who enjoys working on small and large meetings. Golf is how I met my husband. We married on the 10th tee box and took a golf honeymoon to The Open Championship and Scotland. I am thrilled to bring my love of golf and membership to this position while connecting with all members and clients.
