Rounds of golf for June, one of the most high-volume months of the year, were stable compared to a year ago as play at U.S. golf facilities remains slightly ahead of 2025’s record-setting pace.
On a national level, June rounds were up 1.2%, with the most significant monthly gains across the Midwest, in the East North Central and West North Central, as well as the Mid Atlantic. The biggest year-over-year June jumps were in Indiana, Minnesota, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania.
Through the first half of 2026, overall play is just over 4% ahead of the midyear pace of a year ago, when there were a record number or rounds played at U.S. golf courses.
