LEADERSHIP
Mark Burnett ~ President & CEO
Jim Oliver ~ Chief Operating Officer
Andy Miller ~ Chief Revenue Officer

Heritage Golf Group has emerged as one of the fastest-growing management companies — or country club lifestyle companies, as Heritage bills itself — in the industry thanks to strong relationships and the leadership of former Club Corp President Mark Burnett.
Over the past three years or so, Heritage has grown from six owned clubs to almost 30.

A new ownership group brought Burnett and his 30 years of industry leadership aboard in January 2020 as Heritage’s president and CEO. Burnett previously was President and C.O.O. of ClubCorp (now Invited), where from 2007 through mid-2018 he was responsible for operations, acquisitions, sales and reinvention of the multi-billion dollar company.
Heritage’s new ownership and leadership team has a passionate vision to purchase clubs, modernize amenities for current and future members by investing millions while also improving current operations and experiences. The company is becoming well known for being innovative and transformative throughout all member and guest areas while bringing new technology and futuristic thinking.
Heritage Golf Group’s prestigious collection of golf properties extends to 10 states, primarily along the East Coast from New Jersey to Florida.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
Led by the rich experience of its leadership team led by Burnett, Heritage Golf Group is rapidly becoming an industry force by making immediate improvements to acquired clubs through capital investment and inspiring elite club level leadership.
Consider that the company’s current leadership team has been responsible for more than $750 million in capital improvements at country clubs over the course of their careers. They’re able to bring that experience to work with clubs’ boards and committees to develop a capital plan that ultimately dramatically enhances the member experience.
Fortnight.
